When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.

We also reserve the right to refuse all content that is offensive, is disciminating or just too explicit in the light of the fact that minors will also be viewing the content.

Limitation of Liability:
We will make our best efforts to keep iPaddollar.com up and running as steady as possible and as long as possible, but there is no guarantee for any exact time frame. Guaranteed is that this site, and the entries that where paid for will stay online at least until June 1st 2011. (That's a year from when we launched this site).
There could be circumstances out of our control that can result in offline time.
Could be reason out of our control why iPaddollar.com can't be updated and can't be continued.

Any donation refund requests will be handled at the sole discretion of the operators.
You will not hold iPaddollar.com responsible for anything other then required by law.

Indemnity:
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Privacy Policy:
We respect everyone's privacy (as we do our own) we will not share any kind of personal information with any 3rd party entity period!, other then possibly law enforcement agencies in fraud cases (see above).

This notice and agreements are subject to change.
